Return Policy

Return of items sold is a system provided by the respective sellers of the products directly, under this policy in terms of which the choice of return, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to the customer. All the products listed in the website/online store or even under a particular category may not have the same returns policy, so we request everyone to have a clear understating of the product before ordering. Do refer the particular product’s related return policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy.

In case you decide you do not want the product or item after the purchase/order made on our website, then please notify us within 24 hours of your purchase with the order details, so that we can be able to stop the order execution process at our end. We unfortunately cannot able to cancel the order any longer and it will be delivered to you if the order has already been picked up by our shipment carrier. In most of the cases, if the buyer notifies us within the 24 hours of the order made, then we will be able to cancel the order process, no questions asked.

Cancellation Fee: 10% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel the order.

We do not accept returns unless there is a defect or damage with the received product for your order. We always strive to deliver the orders at fine conditions, however in the exceptional cases if an order is shipped with a defect or damaged, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 1 business days after receiving the item along with a photo proof of the defect. A return request with valid reason must be submitted to us within 1 day of receiving your item/ product/ merchandise. Any request for returns and/or replacements will be issued to the original delivery address.

After return request is accepted, qualifying items must be returned in the original condition and packaging, so you must return the brand new, unused item in its original condition and packaging. Credits/ or refunds will not be issued for products/items that are damaged or lost in transit. Failure to comply will result in a delay in processing and further deductions.

We do not accept returns or refunds on custom made/ special orders, sale products, special gift items, festive sale items. Also the parts and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. They are FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements of any items in case the reason is due to the item being too small or too large. We provide complete information about the different sizes on each of our products if sizing is applicable and request our buyers to thoroughly check the specifications before the purchase made.

Note: The buyer will be responsible to cover all return shipping/processing costs, unless an item has an error or manufacturing defect on our part.

We always suggest our buyers to please inspect the shipments/ items immediately upon received. In order to process your claim as efficiently as possible, we request that you send us clear video or photo proof of any damages/defects to your merchandise immediately with time stamp and date. After verifying the proof of damaged/defective product we’ll decide the qualifying of return/refund due to damage.
